We ship all jewelry in our custom black gift boxes. Sometimes numerous items can come in one black gift box. Each item is put inside individual clear sealed bags to ensure they are safe and protected during travel. If you would like to add gift packaging select the option below.

Like anything you love wearing every day, a little care keeps it looking brand new for years. Here’s all you need to know.
Shower, swim, sweat, sunscreen: none of it harms your jewellery. The gold isn’t a coating sitting on top, it’s bonded into the stainless steel, which is why we can promise it won’t fade or turn your skin green.
Leave it on and enjoy it. That’s the whole point.
After the sea or the pool, a quick rinse in fresh water and a wipe with a soft cloth keeps salt and chlorine residue from dulling the shine.
When you take it off, pop it back in its pouch or box. It keeps pieces from rubbing against each other and keeps chains from tangling.
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft cloth is all your jewellery ever needs. Rinse, pat dry, done. Skip abrasive cleaners, polishing pastes and ultrasonic cleaners: they’re made for solid gold and silver, not for plated pieces.
Freshwater pearls and stones love being worn: the natural oils in your skin keep them glowing. Give them a wipe after wearing, put perfume and hairspray on before you put them on, and store them separately from chains.
Every piece is covered by our 1-year warranty against any fault in the material or workmanship. If your jewellery ever lets you down, we’ll replace it.
Yes, all of it. Your jewellery is 100% waterproof and sweat proof. There’s no need to take it off.
Yes. Your jewellery is unaffected by everyday products. For pearls, spray perfume before putting them on, simply to keep them at their most lustrous.
Only when it looks like it needs a refresh. For most people that’s a quick wipe every few weeks, or a rinse after a day at the beach.
Stainless steel is far harder than brass or silver, so it resists scratches well. Like any metal it can mark if knocked hard against a rough surface, so a little care with rings and bangles goes a long way.
It shouldn’t, and if it does within a year of purchase that’s exactly what the warranty is for. Make a claim here and we’ll replace it.
