The necklace with the heart, its clasp broke 3 days after i put it on and the ring with the daisies has lost its gold color along the inside rim of the ring. These free gifts are a lovely idea but don’t send products that are below grade. Do these items have a 1 year warranty?? If so, how do i get them replaced?

Advertised as gold items but very much appreciated my choice of silver for my main order being considered and the mystery bundle being selected to match. I got a matching necklace and bracelet set which are lovely and delicate designs with rectangular earrings (which I had been loving at too)- lovely bonus surprise
The pieces felt like something that’s was just thrown in to an envelope with out thinking what the customers other pieces where like. No they are just waist of material. Can’t believe I actually payed for the. Next time I’ll skip the mystery piece’s for sure.
